REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is a European Union regulation that governs the manufacture, import, and use of chemical substances. Under REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, any organization importing chemical substances or articles containing chemicals into the EU market must ensure compliance with stringent registration and documentation requirements.
