SIMS (Simplified Integrated Monitoring and Supervision) is a voluntary online registration platform introduced by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to streamline compliance monitoring for EXIM entities under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (FTDR Act).
